i. Headmasters (Gr.II)/Teachers, where the preferential categories are

claimed on health grounds shall submit the latest medical reports as

certified by the District Medical Board to the Committee. The

Committee shall verify the reports in detail and genuine cases shall

be authenticated for consideration of the respective claim.

ii. The Committees shall verify all spouse cases in detail along with

the options exercised by the individual (in accordance with rules or

not) before submission of the final list and furnish a declaration that

spouses are opted vacancies as per rules.

iii.If any misuse of spouse points is noticed, appropriate disciplinary

action will be initiated against the individual as per rule 20 of CCA

rules and a major penalty of withholding three increments withcumulative effect shall be imposed besides filing a criminal case.

The Grievances regarding opting for places with spouse points shall

not be entertained.

iv.If any teacher in the DEO’s pool should be shown at the actual

school from where he/she is drawing salaries, for enabling them to

apply for a transfer. Station points will be awarded to the DEO Pool

teachers, taking into consideration of their salary drawing post

during that period.

v. Manual counseling should be taken up within the trades in respect

of Vocational Instructors/Art/Craft/Drawing/WI/MTI/Music etc.,

vi.Manual counseling should be taken up in respect of NCC/Scouts

teachers as per rule 2 (iii).

vii.PETs who are working against the SA PE post shall not be

disturbed until and unless they come under compulsory transfer or

they apply for request transfer, such PETs shall be allowed to opt

the vacant PET post only. If there are no PET posts in the erstwhile

district, such PETs will be allowed to opt for the SA PE posts in the

leftover vacancies.

viii.No teacher should be kept in DEO Pool.

ix.Headmaster (Gr.II)/Teacher who rendered their services in a

particular school continuously irrespective of cadres shall be

counted their service from the date of joining in that particular

school.

x. All vacancies once displayed on the website can’t be deleted/added

in any manner. If any such discrepancy is noticed by the

undersigned at any time, severe action will be initiated against the

concerned officials (RJDSE/DEO/AD/ASO/APOs etc.,)

4. If any deviation in this regard, necessary action will be initiated as per the

rules in vogue

టీచింగ్ స్టాఫ్ యొక్క పునర్విభజన కోసం నిబంధనలు

I.(ఎ) ఫౌండేషన్ పాఠశాలలు

(PP1, PP2, 1వ మరియు 2వ తరగతులు): 1. RTE చట్టం, 2009 ఆదేశాల ప్రకారం ఉపాధ్యాయ-విద్యార్థి నిష్పత్తి (TPR) 1:30 ఉండాలి

ప్రాథమిక స్థాయిలో

2. ఫౌండేషనల్ లిటరసీ అండ్ న్యూమరాసీ (FLN)ని నిర్ధారించడం కోసం

1 & 2 తరగతుల విద్యార్థులు, TPR 1:30కి ఉండాలి.

3. 1 & 2 తరగతులకు 30 నమోదు వరకు ఒక SGT అందించబడుతుంది.

4. 1 & 2 తరగతుల 31 నమోదుల నుండి రెండవ SGT ఇవ్వబడుతుంది.

5. ప్రతి 30 అదనపు నమోదులకు, మరొక SGT అందించబడుతుంది. 6. ఫౌండేషన్ పాఠశాలలో (క్లాస్ 1 మరియు 2) నమోదు 10 కంటే తక్కువ ఉంటే, అప్పుడు ప్రతిపాదనను పాఠశాల కమిషనర్‌కు సమర్పించవచ్చు.

7. పాఠశాలల పునర్నిర్మాణం / మ్యాపింగ్ కారణంగా ఏ పాఠశాల కూడా మూసివేయబడలేదని నిర్ధారించుకోవాలి.

(బి) ఫౌండేషన్ ప్లస్ పాఠశాలలు

(PP1, PP2, 1-5 తరగతులు): 1. ప్రతి 30 మంది నమోదుకు ఒక SGT అందించబడుతుంది.

2. రెండవ SGT తరగతుల 31 నమోదుల నుండి ఇవ్వబడుతుంది. 3. ప్రతి 30 మంది అదనపు నమోదుకు, మరొక SGT అందించబడుతుంది.

4. 121 నమోదు తర్వాత, ఒక ప్రాథమిక పాఠశాల హెడ్ మాస్టర్ పోస్ట్ కేటాయించబడుతుంది.

5. ఫౌండేషన్ ప్లస్ పాఠశాలలో (1వ తరగతి నుండి 5వ తరగతి వరకు) నమోదు 10 కంటే తక్కువ ఉంటే, పాఠశాల విద్య, అటువంటి సందర్భాలలో ఏదైనా తదుపరి చర్య కోసం AP పాటశాల విద్య కమిష నర్ కు సమర్పించ వచ్చు.

GUIDELINES

1) Eligibility

i. Teachers / Headmasters working in State Government/ Zilla

Parishad/ Mandal Parishad Schools are eligible to apply for Inter

District Transfers under the same management. 

ii. Minimum service of the applicant teacher shall be 2 years as on

30.06.2021 in the present District and in the present category 

Process to be followed:

i. The teachers shall apply through online for Inter District Transfers inthe IP address prescribed for the purpose i.e. cse.ap.gov.in

Certain court cases fled in the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh with regard to merging of teachers working in Govt. / MPP / ZPP Schools in Municipalities / Municipal Corporations – Certain Instruction

బదిలీలలో Appeal చాలా ముఖ్యమైనది.

G.O 54 లోని 19 వ నిబంధన ప్రకారము

> DEO లు Non gazetted Teachers కు ఇచ్చిన బదిలీ ఉత్తర్వులపై RJD లకు  ఉత్తర్వులు అందిన తేదీ నుండి10 రోజుల్లో  Appeal చేయాలి.

> RJD లు HM లకు ఇచ్చిన బదిలీ ఉత్తర్వులపై Appeals ను CSE ఉత్తర్వులు అందుకొన్న తేదీ నుండి 10 రోజులలో Submit చేయాలి.

> New post లలో చేరిననూ Appeal చేసుకోవచ్చును.

> ఈ అప్పీలు పై వ్రాత పూర్వకంగా 15 రోజుల్లో RJd/CSE లు వ్రాత పూర్వకంగా సమాధానము (Dispose) చేయాలి.

> Spouse  & ఇతర points ను Misuse  చేసిన వారిపై , Rationalisation  పై అలాగే wrong information చేసిన వారి పై కూడా Appeal  ను RJD/CSE లకు Submit చేయాలి

> ఉత్తర్వులు ఇచ్చిన అధికారికి కూడా  RJD/CSE  కు పంపిన Appeal  copy ను అందచేయటం మంచిది

> Non Gazetted Teachers Appeals ను RJD ను Gazetted HMs Appeals ను  CSE ను Address చేస్తూ సమర్పించాలి.

> 10 రోజుల తర్వాత చేసిన Appeals కు Validity ఉండదు
