నేషనల్ అచీవ్ మెంట్ సర్వే 2021 ను నవంబర్ నెలలో 12 వ తారీకు నాడు నిర్వహించాలని scert ఉత్తర్వులు.
Further the following guidelines are issued for smooth conduct of
NAS 2021 on 12th November, 2021 in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
a. In districts where school observers are not available in required
number, observers may be drawn from Departments other than
School Education Department.
b. Whereever it is not possible to appoint separate observers, the FIs
may have to perform the duty of school observer which includes
collection of bags from the distribution Centre and taking back the
test material back to the collection centre after the survey has been
conducted in the school.

d. Districts should ensure proper training of all functionaries,
nominated for NAS duty.
e. All DNOs should ensure that the Fls and Observes nominated must
be present (without fail) for NAS.
f. DNOs are informed that all schools (including private schools) that
non-reporting and non-sparing of Fls /Observers will be viewed
seriously.
g. Since presence of Fls and Observers iextremely critical for NAS, no
exemption can be given.
h. Further, DNOS/DLCS are advised to keep an advance reserve list of
Fls and Observers to deal with substitute appointment on SOS basis
i. lt is also requested to facilitate smooth movement of the
functionaries associated with the conduct of NAS, including where
ever special permissions are required.

AP SCERT విడుదల చేసిన ఉన్నత పాఠశాలల టైమింగ్స్, టైంటేబుల్స్ పై క్లారిఫికేషన్ విడుదల చేసిన పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ సంచాలకులు.
బడి గంటలు 9 నుంచి 4 వరకే స్పష్టతనిచ్చిన పాఠశాల విద్య డైరెక్టర్
❇️పాఠశాలల టైమింగ్స్ ఉదయం 9 గంటల
నుంచి సాయంత్రం 4 గంటల వరకేనని స్కూల్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ డైరెక్టర్ వాడ్రేవు చినవీరభద్రుడు పేర్కొన్నారు. ఇటీవల ఉదయం 8 గంటల నుంచి సాయంత్రం 6 వరకు నిర్వహించేలా ఉత్తర్వులు విడుదల చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. అయితే పాఠశాలల పనివేళలు ఎక్కువగా ఉండటం వల్ల విద్యార్థులపై ఒత్తిడి పెరుగు తుందని, ఉపాధ్యాయులకూ ఇబ్బందికరమని పలు ఉపాధ్యాయ, విద్యార్థి, తల్లిదండ్రుల అసోసియేషన్లు అభిప్రాయాలు వ్యక్తం చేశాయి. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో శనివారం టైం టేబుల్ పై మరోసారి స్పష్టతనిస్తూ ఉత్తర్వులు విడుదల చేశారు.
❇️ఆగస్టు 16 నుంచి పాఠశాలలు ప్రారంభమైన నేపథ్యంలో కోవిడ్ SOPని తప్పనిసరిగా పాటించేలా డీఈవోలు, RJDలు పర్యవేక్షించాలని సూచించారు. అలాగే ఎస్సీఈఆర్టీ సూచించిన అకడమిక్ క్యాలెండర్ పైనా వివరణ ఇచ్చారు.
✳️ఉదయం 8 నుంచి 8.45 వరకు సెల్ఫ్ లెర్నింగ్,
సూపర్‌వైజరీ స్టడీ, వియ్ లవ్ రీడింగ్, పోటీ పరీక్షలకు సన్నద్ధమయ్యేందుకు సూచించిన సమయమని పేర్కొన్నారు.
❇️అలాగే సాయంత్రం 4 నుంచి ఐదు గంటల వరకు గేమ్స్ కోసం ఉద్దేశించిన సమయమని తెలిపారు.
✳️5 నుంచి ఆరు గంటల వరకు రెమిడియల్ టీచింగ్, లైబ్రరీ, వియ్ లవ్ రీడింగ్ కోసం ఉద్దేశించి సూచించినవేనని, ఇవి విద్యార్థులకు ఆప్షన్లలే కానీ నిబంధనలు కావని స్పష్టంచేశారు.
✳️కనుక పీఈటీలు, ఫిజికల్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ స్కూల్ అసిస్టెంట్లకు ఉదయం 9.30 నుంచి మధ్యాహ్నం రెండున్నర వరకు హాజరుకు మినహాయింపు ఇవ్వొచ్చన్నారు.
❇️అలాగే ఉదయం 8 నుంచి 8. 45 వరకు నిర్వహించే సూపర్ వైజరీ స్టడీకి ఉపాధ్యాయులు స్వచ్చందంగా అయితేనే హాజరు కావొచ్చని పాఠశాల విద్య డైరెక్టర్ చినవీరభద్రుడు స్పష్టం చేశారు.
