1. It has been decided to create permanent Official e-mail ids in respect of all Secretariat Departments for the purpose of receiving inward communication from general public and others.

He shall also configure this e-mail in his official smartphone with the support of Information Technology, Electronics & Communications Department.
4. The Departments concerned shall prominently display the Official e-mail id in their official websites.
5. The Commissioner of Printing, Stationery and Stores Purchase, Vijayawada is requested to publish the above e-mail addresses in the extra-ordinary issue of A.P. Gazette.
