Attention all DDOs of DTOs in the State.
In the following Bill IDs relating to Jan 2109 Salary, some STOs / DDOs have partly confirmed the Cadre Strength. But bills are prepared for entire working strength. There is variation between cadre strength confirmed and salary drawn in the Bill IDs. STOs are requested to reject such bills immediately, shown in the attachment and confirm correct cadre strength details and pass on such data to DDOs for re-entry of employee details. Then only the bills are to be prepared afresh and resubmitted by DDOs for approval of TOs.
